Aqua Aerobics - Hamstring Curls

Need to exercise your legs? Try water aerobics hamstring curls. Seems rather effortless on land isn't it? Promise you it isn't once one is in the water trying to bring the "noodle" down. The "noodle" floats and one is trying to go against the flow, by trying to press it down.
